Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ground keeping and ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires some technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
Work Schedule:
- Off on Saturdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.
Typically works 5 days a week 5 hour days, but can be 7-8 hours per if a qualified person wanted.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests - Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions or failures - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Pick up trash, service hot tubs, maintain lawn, gardens, etc Open to adding more gardens.
We build decks, maintain vehicles, etc.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school degree given priortiy - Proven experience in maintenance or related field for top pay, but willing to train the right person.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively - Proficient in English, both written and verbal Note:
